Granted, past presidents have probably had this much fun too. But it's really great for the rest of us to be able to see that the White House can be a fun place as well as a place where serious business takes place. And in recent days nowhere has that been more evident than the videos on the White House website that show President Obama and others at the annual WH Congressional Picnic having fun dunking senior staff, including Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, and OMB Director Peter Orszag.
