Today in the Obama Cabinet:
Tom Daschle is out as the HHS Secretary nominee, due to tax problems.
Judd Gregg is in as the Commerce Secretary nominee, replacing Bill Richardson, who withdrew in early January due to a probe investigation in his home state of New Mexico.
Eric Holder has been confirmed as the first African-American Attorney General.
Please note that now three high-level Obama nominees have had to face scrutiny for not paying taxes. Two of these have withdrawn from their nominations (Daschle and Nancy Killefer, the nomination for Chief Performance Officer) and one was confirmed anyway (Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner).
